    Starting from stop in 2nd gear

    I have a 73 T with a mildly tuned 3.2 engine that has plenty of low-end. I find the 915 1>2 shift a bit notchy and like to just start in 2nd when the road is flat or slightly downhill. Car is driven often but not daily. Any issues or OK?

    Clutch wear should be your only worry.
