    this is for japanese market cars



    never seen on a car

    hints and pics welcome

    i`m sure it is a rare thing
    asking 550€ shipped +fee
    reduced to 350€ obo

    I like the fact that I've often heard from the anti louver crowd (aka. anti hotrod crowd) that they are for looks only and do nothing to help trapped heat escape.

    It looks like there are a couple of additional pieces that should go with this piece.

    And how are you supposed to hold it onto the car? Screw it into the muffler?

    It appears that you would need a muffler with special stand-offs to receive the screws, and then there should be two other pieces that go underneath the heat exchangers as well.

    Very cool part; I'd love to see a car that came equipped with one of these if only to see how it's mounted...

    you might want to contact the factory's history dept. about that part - they may know something & they may want to buy it too

    - assuming that VWAG kept the history dept. when they crushed the Wienie like a small bug...
