    Value of trumpet horns

Can anybody estimate the value of these horns? I've tried researching but there just hasn't been very many sales of these horns to compare them to? I've received a couple of wildly different estimates and don't know who to believe. They both work well and have no chips or cracks in the plastic.

Gearby- To me the value is in the red plastic. These horns are hard to find in the original red color. The electro-mehcanical side can be replaced easily from a purchase on eBay, as black versions of almost the exact same two-tone horns are easily found.

Specifically, what are their values? If I could find a brand new OEM NOS set, I would imagine $700 for the pair? But new ones at this point are basically unobtanium so ask what you want and see if you get offers.

    Hope this helps.

I would agree with that assessment. They are getting very expensive. Maybe the Banjo horns (earlier version) are in that $350 each range and these are less or they could be valued the same. I would start at $700 for the set.

Haasman, I need electromechanical replacement parts - specifically the coils - for a set of Banjo horns. Can you point me in the right direction for those parts? Thanks.

Thank you both. You helped me come up with a reasonable price for my horns.
