    Koni Strut ID

    I'm trying to identify if these are early or late type struts so I can buy the correct ball-joints and inserts.

    I assume that the 6 80 stamp below the part no is a date stamp in which case they are clearly late type struts?

    Pretty sure that's a wedge bolt set up (later). My 69 struts use a 'clamping' set up...

    It's the wedge type as John said, the clamp type strut would have a slot cut at the bottom.
