Where to Buy Plugs for Air Injection Holes in US 68L Heads?

Anyone know where I can buy appropriate sized plugs to fill the air injection holes in the heads of my US spec 1968 911L? I think the correct size is M12 x 1.00. I'm rebuilding the engine and want to remove the air pump, aid injection lines and fill the holes in the heads.

Actually I thought they were 10 X 1,00, but at any rate try the usual suppliers like Stoddard, Sierra Madre etc. Metric Multi Standard in Dallas will also have them.

I use plugs from VW, part number N 0160241, they're about a tenth of the price of the ones from Porsche (part number 900.124.023.0A)

    These plugs are 10x1

My mechanic says, "The 10X1 plugs are for the later air injection like a 77. We are looking for 12 X 1 mm."

    This may help?

Part number 900.124.008.02, listed as an M12x1.5 (currently), is the part listed for plugging the air injection holes in the 1968 912 heads. Part number comes from factory literature regarding the 1969 smog modification to the '68 616 motor eliminating the air injection system.
