The cops might as well have stayed home. This is an example of more money than brains. Also more
money than City Hall and lawyers on retainer 24/7x365.

This is why I drive a big truck. 3/4 ton or better. My personal choice would be a nicely customized F650 with a "Cat" under the bonnet. I'd sell a car to do it and may one day because I like big trucks.

"Hold my coffee; Kamikaze Ferrari driver inbound"......

The altruistic side of me for those who chose to live among heathen hoon drivers offers these suggestions.

The first one has "THE BUMPER" (Ranch Hand). I have seen what one of these can withstand. They move 1 ton Angus bulls with ease. Try that in your Honda.
You know you want a tow vehicle for the track. Here's your truck, here's your bumper. Win-win.

The other choice is the luxury barge that forces the "out of control" Hoon Kamikaze to look for a way out including trees, parked cars, telephone poles, buildings etc.. Also makes a much better than average tow vehicle. You Porsche buddies will be mighty jealous. Billy Bob, Ray Bob and Jim Bob will be too. Win-win again.

Leave the 911 home whilst you wander the highways and byways in peace and tranquility knowing that you are better protected from the idiots who live amongst you.

just one more, because it IS rather photogenic.....

kind of like staring at Heidi Klum for a while, in fact longer than you really believe you were, then realizing you are making a bit of a fool of yourself as being 'caught up in the moment' is drawing a crowd around youIMG_0114.jpg

Reckless Driving and property damage Hit-and-Run are misdemeanors in California. As satisfying as it would be to see old Abdul taken down to the ground and handcuffed like they do for being an African-American selling loose cigarettes on a street corner on Staten Island, the police here in California generally aren't going to arrest and book for these misdemeanors. The cops also can't get a search warrant to enter enclosed land to investigate a misdemeanor under California law, so they will have to gather evidence from the sidewalk and from phone videos. However, if those cops are worth what I'm sure they're being paid by the City of Beverly Hills, they'll figure out a way to make a car-stop when Abdul rolls down to Hagen Dazs and get him cited into court -- and the yellow car impounded if he's seen driving it on the streets. Then neighbors will have the ammo to go after the d-bag landlord who is making their lives miserable in civil court.

What a filthy, uncivilized, in-bred, animal. In his homeland the cops would have a little stick time, for sure. Not here in civilization. Except for maybe Staten Island... Or Baltimore...

Any one of those could roll right over the c/f, alyou-min-eeum, and toasty entrails of a La Ferrari; AND the driver, and squish him right out the driver's seat like toothpaste rolled out a tube with a 'key'.

End of early morning riffs down the boulevard ......

CA Class 1 misdemeanor "reckless" is minimum 5 days in the "gray bar hotel" up to a maximum of 90. Fine from $145-$1,000. Chicken $hit. That's loose change for these guys.

Anybody with money would laugh that off and continue their antics. Take a WAG at who was seen driving like this last month and lives in your back yard who also makes videos of "less than responsible driving" for his acolytes.
