    VIN: 306035SCA
    Engine: 6108186 (1970 2.2L - but with CIS?)
    Trans: -

    Seller's Description:

    1967 Porsche 911 Fiber Glass Conversion to 1990s.
    Fiber Glass flares front hood/trunk, front and rear bumper.
    Everything else is 1967 steel shell.
    Clean Body 9 out of 10 and nice Interior 8 out of 10.
    Engine 2.2 out of 1970 #6108186.
    Transmission 4 speed.
    Body and pan has NO rust. Runs good. All lights work. This car still will need TLC.

    Looks like a State of California Highway Patrol (CHIP) VIN replacement or reassignment ,standard for theft recovery or seized vehicles...

    What does seized vehicles mean, seized by who ?
