    Momo crest horn button identification

Can you please help me identifying this crest horn button.

It spent the last 15 years in a box that I just reopened :-). Wanted to try it on my Nardi steering wheel but it won't fit. Learned by looking on the web that it is for Momo wheels.

However, the electrical connector in the back is different from all the other ones I have seen on the Internet. Looks an older type of connector.

Is it for a 911 or could it be for a 356?

    Thank you

It's not very desirable, will take it off your hands if you like. Only kidding. Im no expert but it looks to me like the horn button that is highly sought after. Im sure someone else with more expertise will chime in.

Jackpot my friend. That's called a 'large crest' horn button and it is THE one to have. I've seen them sell for $400 or more. Congrats. Buy a vintage MoMo wheel and see what it's like to make men jealous and women swoon.

Sweeeeet!!!! Which year it is? Late 60's?

Only issue right now is that the Momo wheel won't work for me ;-( I got a Nardi classico as a birthday gift from my wife about ten years ago and even without asking I guess that the only non original steering wheel I'm authorized to install in my car is this one ;-)

Will see what I do with it. Thanks for helping out.

Damsroy - I have the same one on my Nardi. There is an inner ring adaptor that holds it.

Merv, do you know where I can source the inner ring adaptor you are talking about?

The inner ring comes with the hub kit when you buy them new.

    Here's one.

That ring could work. I have a similar ring that has both Nardi and MOMO holes. It fits under the Nardi wheel and holds the MOMO button. Mine has no electrical connection on the ring, as the button connects to the original wire on mine.
