Help authenticate/value very early ribbed tool roll etc.

This is my first post after lurking for years. At the moment I have a 356B Cab along with some oddball air cooled Austrian trucks: Puch Haflinger, Pinzgauer etc. In my constant forage to unearth parts, I have acquired a stash of early 911 parts. Some are NOS, others are used. This is where I would love some help. One of the items is a tool roll with a very strange ribbed fabric on the exterior. In the research I have come across by searching old threads, it seems that it may be a very rare early 911 tool roll. If anyone has any input about the age or value, please let me know. In full disclosure, i intend to sell the item either here, or on ebay. Name: IMG_0856.jpg

As a fellow 356B cab and Puch owner my estimate is $300. I have yet to find one in excellent condition, that material doesnt seem to hold up well. Although it has been disputed, the more pronounced ribbed bags are for 1967 from my experience.

Thanks for the feedback! Out of curiosity, what Puch model do you have?

I have lots of other parts that I need info on. Is it bad form to post them here?

It appears to be identical to the one in my late 68 911. Mine is a Karmann car but I don't know if that make a difference.

    imho that's a 65/66 bag.

    See post #71 here.

The bag in the top pic is what came in my 67's that had kits, and the bottom bag is what I've found in my earlier cars (and others).

Suffice to say, you have an "old" bag.

I think $500 or so. I'm not a buyer though, as I have too many of them.

Hi Peter, Thanks for the welcome. Is this general forum the correct place to post up these questions?

Ok. How about some crest identification/value?

Number 1. I believe is newer, and has an unfortunate concave bend in it : (. Number 2. is older, but is missing a post.
