    FS: Nice Coupe Ski Rack

I have a really nice ski rack for an early 911 coupe. I got this as I think it is a really neat period accessory and would be cool to run around in the summer time with the rack and skis installed. I really only used it a couple of times and it should go to someone who is going to use it. All the hard to find bits are present. The rack is in really pretty nice condition with just the right amount of patina from use hauling skis to look great on any car short of a #1 concourse restoration.

Since the rack was actually used to haul skis, the straps are toast and are really only good for patterns. Great repops can be constructed at any good leather shop for about $20 each - I just never got that far with it. I tried to show as much detail as possible in the photos, so you can gauge condition. The first shows only seven straps - I do have the eighth strap. Price drop to $1,250 + shipping.

Next batch of six photos. This would go nicely with the straps that Cornpanzer sold recently.

Price reduced to $1,450 + shipping. I saw a coupe ski rack here a few weeks ago that was probably in similar condition with no straps go for that number. Hard to find in this condition.

Bump for the ski season just around the corner. Make a reasonable offer if you are on the fence.

Very cool! Can we see a picture with these (or the same type) on a coupe? would be great to see actual file picture. I know there were other types/aftermaket racks. THX
