Dumb Question: 4w City Light Bulbs

You'd think these would be falling out of trees but I'm having a hard time finding 4w or 5w bulbs for the city lights in certain headlight housings. Not the ones for H4's with the small base, but the ones with larger bases the same as turn signal bulbs.

    Besides the site above. Anyone?

    Thanks!
