Can You Re-Center a Steering Rack?

I haven't had a chance to dig through the manual and can't seem to find an answer looking through the forums but is it possible to re-center a steering rack in a '71T?

The backstory is that I have a pull to the right and when driving and normally hold a little left steering wheel in to track straight. If I let go of the wheel it will pull off the right, not bad but enough for me to notice it. I took the car to an alignment shop and they checked the alignment and balance /air pressure and found everything to be where it should be. At this point I'm not sure what's causing the pull and, short of going to another alignment shop for a second opinion, I think the steering rack is the only other component that may cause it.

If there's any insight into something I'm missing (which is very possible) let me know. If it's possible to adjust the rack, how is it done? Thanks in advance.

You need a better alignment shop.

Since virtually all roads have some crown that is normal. To counteract I will put up to a half degree more castor, and a little more negative camber in the right front. That will usually help unless the problem is in the tires. Try temporarily swapping the two fronts side to side.

I'll double check the pads and also try Mr. Mayo's suggestion of swapping tires. I guess it could be pulling due to a brake or bearing issue on the right side.

A corner balance fixed my pulling issue.

If it were only the rack being offcenter then the steering wheel would not be straight up and down when on a straight and level road, but you would not need to apply any force to keep it tracking straight.
