From a pure educational point of view could you describe what seats these are for? I have a set of 71 seats and am looking for sliders, but I don't have a good part number reference or description. Thank you in advance.

Hi these will fit any Period Scheel / ASS / Maier seat. However there are period pictures showing scheel LWT sliders with recaro buckets.
If your seats are standard Porsche Seats (Mfd. by Recaro) these will not fit.
    Cheers
