    FS: 1956 356 A Speedster in Outstanding Condition

    Long-term owner.
    Signal Red, black vinyl interior, half-tonneau and top. Charcoal carpets.
    Engine (1600 Normal), gearbox and colors match Kardex
    Restored in 2001 by Automobile Associates of Canton, CT.
    57,000 miles, including 10k since restoration.
    Metal replacement required during restoration limited to battery box, rear section of floors, and small patch in right front fender.
    ZF steering box installed (original VW box is included).
    Correct shine down by Victor Miles.
    Original date-stamped wheels.
    Rare original Driver’s Manual (and cover) in very good condition. Repro toolkit.
    Numerous local concours awards.
    Outstanding condition. May be inspected in SW CT.
