Is the vin stamp blank on a replacement like this?

Typically, there's no vin, the area is blank. I've got an NOS center panel for the front, and the vin area is blank. I've also got a couple NOS dash fascia and they are also not stamped.

Very nice piece! IIRC factory even workshop manual says replacement front clips are 68' and for earlier drill out that steering shaft reinforcement. So technically correct for earlier as well.
