I had helped a friend fix his MFI fuel pump with the same issue you show above. I was able to look up some o-rings from a hardware supply house.

Looking through my records, I think these are the ones I used. After changing the o-rings his pump stopped leaking and is working well, though the car sits in storage and does not get driven, so that may not be the best test.

    Best of luck,

    Andrew

If they are just O-rings then try McMaster-Carr

As i recall they are actually square section o-rings that I got from a local o-ring supply house.

If you have such a place local that's great. For me MCMC would be easier. Here's the square section viton: http://www.mcmaster.com/#o-rings/=10if4ew What's the cross section? Could be a -025, -122, or -215. Normally O-rings are standardized on inch sizes and converted to metric as non-round numbers, but Bosch is big enough that if they wanted round metric numbers they could get a big enough order to do a custom size.

As Ed pointed out, I do recall the original o-rings being square. At the time of My repair, I was concerned over the material offerings; We get a good amount of alcohol in our fuel and that may have been why I went with the Viton-floro. version o-ring which may have only been offered in the round profile.

Jm993rs, I have found the bag containing the remaining round profile o-rings (MMC#9263K119). I can mail you a pair with the understanding that you will need to test and see if these work/seal on your pump. If interested PM me your address.
