    What Blaupunkt Frankfurt is correct for 1973.5?

    If I use the search engine of this forum I find a lot of results but what is the correct Blaupunkt Frankfurt for 1973.5?
    1968 912 Targa sand beige
    1968 912 Coupe sand beige
    1973 911T anthracite grey
    1992 911 C4 slate grey
    2014 911 4S agate grey

    Blaupunkt Frankfurt US model 7.632.627 4th digit in model number is the year of Mfg. so "2" means 1972. There were no US models for 1973 they used the '72 models. You could also use the '70 (7.630) & '71 (7.631) models once installed they look the same. Should also have the chrome trim piece that is installed from the front with the indented middle bar that is dull/matte finish, below is a picture of a late '73 radio installed:

    By the way, the mono version with the dash speaker works much better for me than a late model stereo with door speakers. Sound quality may not be hi-fidelity, but I can hear it over the noise of the car.
