Only problem is this bottle was made some time after the RS was finished so it cannot be as advertised a NOS RS 2.7 Air Bottle as it simply isn't

So you say that if a part was made 1 day after the end of the production of a model, it's not a Nos part. Well in this case the 90% of the "Nos AD" on this forum are wrong/fake.

This is a SPECIFIC part for the 2.7Rs (I think also for 2.8Rsr) so my AD is correct.
It's not an "all kind of 911 part".

When this bottles were new, you can use it once.....so after you used it, you had to reorder it to Porsche factory and they gave you a new one ready to use.
It's a "one shot" use so they produced them for a little period after production of 1973.

All Porsche parts were made for a few time after the end of production of a model so find another one NOS in the box with the date you like.... if you can

    Thats not correct either Pirulero

These were delivered with some of the 74/75 Carreras in fact the later style bottle in your picture is of that style delivered with those cars, different cap, plus I do not believe any RS EVER had the
style of attaching hose shown in your picture.

Not to further pee in the punchbowl but these are (and were) absolutely re-fillable, notwithstanding the fact that with a date stamp older than 10 years no self-respecting shop will now do it.
