FS: 1965 Rear Crossmember Seal (USED)

    I recently disassembled a pretty beat up 1965-built 1966 911.

During the disassembly I removed the OEM rubber seal that goes between the firewall and the rear crossmember. I've never actually pulled one out of a car in one piece before, and I thought I would offer it up here to see if someone needed it for their 65/66 restoration.

It's not perfect, but for a 50-year old rubber seal it's in really good shape ... the barrel ends are still intact and the rubber is still soft and pliable.

Price is $250 shipped to your door.

Are the 65/66 different from the 67.......?

Not sure. I've never pulled one out intact.

I know Porsche used foam, too, but I'm not sure when the switch took place.

Anyway, here are the photos of what I'm selling:

    Rear Crossmember Seal

This is from my "67 Stuttgart built 912. Foam filled without any barrels on the ends; just a cut off piece of rubber tubing filled with foam ......
