Question re the Blue indicator light that comes on when you turn on the fresh air con

The blue indicator light (that illuminates when you turn on the fresh air blower motor) for my 1973 911 does not work.

I have replaced the bulb, but still no luck.

My question is for the owners that this blue indicator light functions in their car.

What color is your wire that feeds this blue indicator light (on the right side of the fresh air controls)

Is it a black wire with blue stripping, or is it a yellow wire with red stripping?

    Thanks!

    Mark,

Thanks for the response. That helps me rule out that wire.

So,..... if one of you happen to have a 911 that the blue indicator light comes on when you turn on your fresh air blower.............would you mind checking the color of the wire that contains the bulb.

    Thanks

    Tim

I just checked the 74 diagram, it is easier to see. Circuit is fused and powered by blue wire to a connection on trunk side. That powers a yellow/red wire to one side oh fan bulb. A other yellow/red wire goes to flex contacts for fan speed where it is grounded when fan is on.
