Are these early Recaro sport seats...?

    Hi,

I have the opportunity to buy these seats, but do have slight questions if this is the real deal.....
Recaro sport seats are also mounted in bmw 2002 (Ford capri?)
Reading the forums and looking pictures most of the sport seats look fatter/bigger.

They are nowadays to expensive to buy the wrong ones.

So any advice of Recaro guru's would be highly appreciated ;-)

    Best regards from the lowlands,
    Bart

    Porsche Tax?

Interesting...they sure look like Porsche Recaro Sport Seats (different base of course)
Bet there is a HUGE price differential just because, well, PORSCHE.

    True??

In my experience, the BMW seats are wider overall and difficult to fit in a 911 cabin. You can do it, but access to the e-brake is a problem.

Also, inserts are different for Porsche and unless 72/73, bolsters in vinyl/leatherette on Porsche seats are always perforated.
