    FS: Porsche Crest in wood

Has anyone ever seen a wooden Porsche crest like this? It's approx. 18" tall and 12" wide. I received it as a gift from an old German gentleman. I purchased his 68L and it came with the car. It appears to be a one off and the detail is pretty darn nice. It looks like a hand crafted item but I'm not into wood so I can't be sure. I'd love any thoughts or info on this crest. I'm thinking of finding a proper display location or maybe putting it up for sale. Any thoughts on value?
Thanks in advance for your consideration,
    Bobby

If someone could make this into a hood badge with a matching luggage rack, they could probably do OK resale-wise (pay for all their costs anyway).
