sorry if i`m wrong but I think this is the correct way, so the cooling air can do its work, not caupsle the hot air near the disk, why add heat to the disk/rotor?

Bob, Lars brings up a valid point and he's both correct and polite about bringing the error to our attention.

On this particular car, we screwed up- we installed the dust shields not only reversed, but upside down (note the location of the ball joint depression)! This error is being rectified in the next day or two and photos will be updated reflecting the change. Mistakes happen, but we strive to avoid them.

Lars, thank you for your constructive input- it's an example of how the community helps not only private owners but related businesses as well.

I am unsure as to whether putting our asking price would be stepping on any toes.

I, for one, would love to know the asking price. I'm sure I'm not alone.

    Thanks CPR Steve?

I`m very happy for your answer, I have done much work and restorations on several swb 911 from 1965-1968 in my time and I did the same error first time and it was first a few weeks later when the adding more heating issue came to my mind.... and a quick use of the swb workshop manual was a good thing

btw. What a lovely car, it would fit very well in my garage together with the bahamagelb 67
