    2.2s Pistons and Cylinders

    2.2S Pistons and Cylinders SOLD

Mahle Piston Part Number: 84P8 W2
Mahle Cylinder Part Number: 90ZN2 W6
    • Note: there was roughly ten year period where Mahle used the same casting as the 90mm cylinders to make the 84mm cylinders. Hence the part number that suggests these are 90mm's when they are indeed 84 mm cylinders

    • After having the engine built up that these were in I got the itch for more power and went bigger. Piston and Cylinder set has approximately 5,000 miles and is in nice shape. There is one minor cooling fin chip on the bottom fin adjacent to the stud hole, but it will not impact functionality nor should it have any material impact on cooling.

Pistons and cylinders measured out well (see measurements below) and one should be able to simply re-ring them and build up a nice engine.

      $1,300 shipped within Continental US

    Piston Measurements:

    Piston 1: 83.9343
    Piston 2: 83.9419
    Piston 3: 83.9419
    Piston 4: 83.9318
    Piston 5: 83.9419
    Piston 6: 83.9394

Sale pending and all pM's responded to with your place in line. I have these advertised on three sites and balance inquiries based on message receipt date has been a bit daunting. My apologies for any confusion.
