    1966 911 Engine with Carbs

I have for sale a 1966 Porsche 911 engine. It was a December 1965 production. Engine was running when removed. Compression test over 140 on each cylinder. Engine will be detailed and ready for purchaser Friday. Comes with what I believe to be original Weber Carburetors and generator. Please feel free to ask questions! You can text or call me at 315-521-3507 if you have more questions or need better pictures.

A December '65 production engine would have had Solex carbs. ???

Does it have the dual fuel pump mounted on the left timing chain cover?

Engine type 901/01 should be Solex carbs, I think... also a question of what is happening with the rest of the car - the side indicators look like a '68 model year...
