    Porsche 917 8 pin Bosch CDi ignition box No. B227020061

    For sale here is a Porsche 917 or BMW M1 Procar 8 pin Bosch CDi ignition box No. B227020061. All bosch ignition boxes starting with B are motorsport items developed by Bosch.
    This spark box was used on Porsche 917 race cars but I also think they were used on some BMW M1 pro cars.

    This unit has most recently been fitted to a Porsche 911 3.0 race engine and was in working order. This box would be equally at home in something special like a 911 SCR.

    Thankyou to Franz (moito) for helping me to identify this item. One sold very recently in Europe for 1500Euro and I have found one other advertised in German for 2500 Euro !

    Will sell for £1250.
    This item is so rarely seen for sale it is hard to put a market value on it, so I've also listed it on ebay and set the starting price below what one has just sold for in the last few months. See link below. If you want to ask any questions then just let me know.
