    Taillight lens original versus reproduction

Taillight lens original versus reproduction. I have these two taillights one of them has a crack and the other one is quite attractive with no real issues. This is going on what I hope to be a high-end 1967 automobile, will I be able to match the original with the reproduction taillight or will it stand out and be very obviously different? I'm planning on replacing the one with the crack and I'm questioning whether or not the reproduction will match up with the original.

    Hello,

I say either find a nice original [on ebay] or buy both sides of the reproduction lenses. The new will look new, old-old and be noticeable. But you can always try a new one and see, if it sticks out to your eye, then buy another repro.
    Good luck with your restoration.
    Here's a new one:

I might be able to have a nice original lens you need. I will check when I get back to my shop. That will be end of this week.
