    What black plastic piece is this ??

    Looks like someone used generic hole plugs instead of the real thing. Perhaps on the bolt access holes for the window frame? International Mercantile has a correct rubber plug for that location, if that is the case.

    I'm guessing you got some new headlights, 7" rounds with H4 bulb?
    Looks like the cover/plug were the light bulb goes.
