Correct color / finishes for suspension parts 73s

I have decided to go to the next level and would like to powder coat my suspension parts. Front A arms and frt struts (Boge) and rear control arms I think should be like a semi gloss or matt black. The brake backing plates should also be black or yellow cad? I thought the rear spring plates should be yellow cad but not sure for any more. All the bolt hardware should be yellow cad correct? One more question should my hood and engine lid latches be silver or yellow cad? Thx.

Matt black for all suspension bits spring plates, backing plates that year were yellow zinc, but latches were clear zinc, except spring was yellow, and DON'T send spring cup to plater!

So the spring plates were black and brake backing plates were yellow. When I
look up parts numbers for replacement backing plates they're black not yellow? When you say zinc that's silver correct. Thx

In the process of cleaning my rear suspension and brakes on a 73E. Let me know if you need pictures.
Below the break backing plates and yes...they are yellow ;-)

some prefer epoxy paint over powder coat - rock chips, etc.

Spring plates are matt black . Everything else is semi -gloss to gloss . If you look at the section of the rear bumper brace that goes into the chassis the paint is shiny . I think the solvent in the cosmoline etched the paint somewhat . Pictures from original '73E
