    1968 911 beige interior

Any interior historians that can confirm what was originally beige in a '68 with beige leatherette interior? Not sure about door panels, headliner and rear side panels; were these 100% Beige or did they had black trims/parts?
Car currently has a black headliner as well. Any original photos you can share would be great!

    Thanks

    Hi,

I apologise in advance for the lighting of the iphone pictures attached - but they give you the idea. The lighting in my garage is not the best.

I shows the colours of the dash, carpet, door cards, side trim, rear trim and also the rear seats. Headliner is normal white / ivory

My car is a RHD ROW Australian Delivered 911L Coupe - built around September 1967, and delivered in December 1967.

If you need better pictures I'll take some more on the weekend.

    Many, many thanks!!

One last question, is the carpet beige or black perlon? Also, is you interior beige or tan ( not sure if there is a difference) and last, your seat are just, amazing.

Sharing my "other" seats, which won't fit the '68......

I don't have any shots of a beige '68 but there's a beige '66 with lots of photos at Bring a Trailer 1966 Porsche 911 Coupé.

I did get some shots back on 18 October 2003 of a '68 912 Targa with a red interior which has probably has black where your 911 has black:

This could also be your interior color, I "believe" this is beige:

I have a 68 targa with this lighter color interior, and it has beige perlon carpets as well. I'll try to take a couple of pics and post.

Your headliner should be white, not black
