1965 Porsche 911 Hints to Drivers brochure

    Evening all
I'm thinking about selling the brochure below, it's in lovely condition, no rips, tears or creases but I don't know if it's rare/desirable??
It is featured on the Der White site but I've not seen one come up for sale before so don't know how to price it fairly. Any pointers re value would be gratefully received.

Ah, the Mr. Greenpants brochure! Any chance you can make a high resolution scanned PDF for the community?

It seems to be one of the rarer brochures but because of the lack of contemporary photos or specifications it may be less desirable than many other brochures. The LitMeet's just a couple weeks off maybe there will be some asking prices on which to report.

Here's an amateur PDF using MS Word to generate the .pdf file.
