    Shaun, he came out with the original book over 20 years ago. I see those with asking prices from $750 -$1500. His 2nd edition has been out a short while. Twice as many pages and is around $400. It includes most if not all book one has.
    I'll dig up the publisher info, unless someone chimes in who has it at there fingertips.
