Looking for a 911 Expert in Philly

A dealer in Philadelphia called LBI Limited is showing this 1970 911S with an asking price lower than what I’ve been seeing for cars with similarly worded descriptions. I’m considering making an offer but before I do, I’d like to connect with a capable expert in the area that could do a PPI. I had great luck on this site with a similar recommendation in Grand Rapids. Tim Thatcher found out what I needed to know about a 911E that I decided against. Who do you know in Philly that you’d trust to check this out?

    Thanks!

Both of these shops are excellent and service / restore early SWB & LWB cars.....they're also close to LBI's location.

Someone just reminded me of Mike Tillson.....he's also very knowledgeable and excellent with these cars. He's located off of City Line Ave.....near St. Joseph's University.

I also need an early 911 expert in Philly. Plan to try:
The Porsche Specialist in Broomall which is apparently
10 away from the Philly art museum district where I live.
Used to used Bob Fox German Car Service but he retired
and I am not as happy with his assistant who took over.

One nit on the 1970 911S: it looks like it has Hella 128 fog lights. A 1970 should have Hella 139 fog lights.

"Reproduction" Hella 139s may not have been available when that car was restored. Both 128s and 139s are available now, branded "Hella." Both are expensive.

Thanks everyone, so far I've talked personally with Dennis Frick of Europa Maccina and with Chris Radbill. Got a great feeling from both of these guys that they'd be thorough and easy to work with!

The wheels shouldn't be shinier than the exhaust tip. That's all I got.

The right door pocket's in sad shape. There are replacements (which aren't cheap). A LWB expert will have to chime in on the quality of the replacements.

The strangest thing is that the carpets lie on the metal floor. There should be lots of "damping mats" unde the carpet.
