Rs/rsr oil cooler flexible pipes correct flec etc

    Hi All
Does any one know where i can get the correct flexible pipes made up for a 73 rs/rsr for front cooler and gearbox to brass pipe connection.
I saw a couple of cars at daytona classic that were close to correct colour of flexibles.
    Thanks

    Hello Yellow491,

The RSR would have originally been equipped with Argus oil lines. Argus used a steel braided hose without a colored tracer or fleck. You may see cars that have been restored with Cohline hose which will have an orange tracer in the braiding. This is not as the car would have been equipped originally. Please let me know if I can help further with your project?

    Best regards,

    Brad

    Hi brad
Thank you for your reply, sorry got a bit muddled,i think the flek flexes were on the cam centre lube pipes, which i want also.
Yes it is the argus lines i require, front cooler flexey pipes from brass pipes to front cooler and the rear pair from gearbox pump to brass lines at the rear.
And the short flexy from gearbox front trombone cooler to brass pipes, which i am assuming are argus, most i have seen are standard porsche flexy as per main stream cars.
