    Solex '65 air snorkel help

I am just on the way to the press :-)

can some one just confirm the lettering is correct

got 2 org here, but a guy confused me in the last minut , that they could have different logo´s , numbers

in different stage of the production "date" early / late ! hope you understand what I am asking for , this is how the 2 I got looks like

( not pictured in correct order )

If some are NOT correct or match yours , please post a picture , this would be much appreciated

That's exactly what I have on mine from a set I have in inventory .... they are painted and hard to photograph, but do match all the markings you have

Also found an unpainted set, again same markings. This set has the original firing order/valve adjust decal on it, but wait, on closer inspection the "micro top" logo on mine appears to be different....

Hello - I just posted a question on this decal on another thread - maybe this one will get an answer more quickly. Did all Solex-fitted 911s have this single combination firing order/valve clearance decal on the air filter snorkel? When did P move this information to the indented latch panel with two separate decals?

Pretty sure all Solex snorkels had the decal. Don't think they appeared on the latch panel untill 66

That makes sense Ed, so decals on latch panel corresponds to switch to Webers? Correct that Solex equipped cars had no latch panel decals?

Don't know for a fact that Weber usage was the start of latch panel decals. I'd start looking for period photos or see if parts book gives an indication.
