    hood strut pins

Have a 71 that had the hood struts removed. Is it the same pin and clip for the top and bottom of each hood strut.? and is there 1 or 2 rear decklid struts required for a stock 71T with no A/C and same deal on pins and clips.? Thanks in advance for the help.

Same pins and clips top and bottom, front and back, 2 struts front and 2 rear.

Thanks, just went and looked at the rear deck lid, only 1 strut mount on the LH side (only 1 mount as well) nothing on the RH side.? Maybe the 71T's came this way.?

Pretty sure it's just the single rear strut on left side (without A/C).

A/C or no A/C 911s didn't get a second rear support shock until the mid 80s

The shaft goes on the bottom; barrel on the top.
