    '67 911S Tool Kit

Any experts out there to tell me what's 'right', 'what isn't', and what's missing? And does that fan belt like the original one in the kit?

    Thanks! Greg, SeattleName: IMG_7264.jpg

Fan belt looks good. It's dated 5/66 or May 1966.

Pull the rest of the contents out of the bag so they can be ID'ed

Go to http://www.porsche.com/international...artscatalogue/ and download the parts catalog for the earliest 911s.

The tool kit contents are on the first page.

I'll bet your tool kit's missing 901.721.326.00 "glycerine" (it would more likely have been in the glove box). Seems to me I heard somebody makes reproduction glycerine bottles; if only I could remember who that was...

    1. Blach handled screwdriver is wrong.

Where are the wrenches? All should say "drop forged steel", you need all 5.

You seem to have the hard to find bits, all except the 17x19 open ended wrench which is pretty scarce today.

    That list is not completely correct, the item "999.195.015.02 double-end spanner 17 X 18" should be a 17 X 19.

A good thread for reference is http://ww.early911sregistry.org/foru...s-amp-Contents
