I have a friend looking for a 69E pump, but this one appears to be a 70/71 2.2 E pump. Also the rear regulator cover (aluminum) is from a 2.4 up MFI pump. Do you have the correct cover?

I don't have any other regulator cover. This came off my 69E, which had matching numbers engine. Curious as to what makes you say it's from a 70-71 E?

The Bosch ID tag's on the pump for a 69E should be: tag on top - 0408 126 006 or if it's an early 69 E would be - 0408 126 002. The pump tag should be - PED 6 KL 60/120 R 1 Z. The regulator tag should be - EP/RLA 1/24 R or if it's an early one - EP/RLA 1/21 R. Also all the 69 pumps had the dual solenoids on the rear cover. And the serial number starting with 030 indicates an October of 1970 build date.

Would like to edit thread title. Any moderator out there who can edit it to reflect that this is a 70/71E pump, not a 69? Can't figure out how to edit the actual thread title.

While it will work on a 70 car an October 70 build is actually for a 71 car ONLY, better modify heading again Peter
