    2004 Porsche GT3 . . .

    Not an investment, exactly/maybe/yet --- prices 've been flat for a while, now . . . but this thing 'll do 190 MpH --- + for what people 'll spend on a dressed-up pick-up . . . or a 40-year-old 'T' (jus' sayin') . . fercryinoutloud!

Hate the dash on these, + naff interior trim --- red console = shudder . . . but one trip to 7500 RpM and all is forgiven. And this one's the kind I want --- "got some-miles-but-still-'all there'" . . .

'. . . Excellent overall condition, no dents, scratches on the exterior. Wheels are perfect. Tires are brand new Michelin Sport Cup 2. The car has up to date service records, both keys, manual and tools. There are 50720 km on the car. Car has original paint with no accidents. Zero track time. COA is available now . . .'

Not sure if this one sold, but . . .

    . . . high bid = $56.3k/50.5k/£42.4k

    FS@ The Samba --- '59 Convertible D . . .

    VIN = 86601
    Eng# = 84260
    Trans# = 23767

'. . . selling my Authentic Porsche 1959 356 Convertible D Speedster Super. It is matching numbers original factory Porsche. Engine is out for rebuild.

There were only about 1400 convertible D speedster made

And of those only about 200 of the Super. This is one of those. It's extremely rare.

    I believe I am the 3rd owner

Has extremely rare dealer original period hardtop. From my understanding Porsche didn't make a factory hardtop so it was made by Plastics Dynamics as a period Dealer option.

Currently Aga Blue patina paint with new grey carpet and black seats.

    New soft top
    New carpet
    New undercoat

Matching Hood, Deck lid, Tank, Trans, Engine, Wheels, possibly Doors too I haven't checked.

Comes with a set of period Goodyear tires that would e great to take to a show somewhere.

    Wheels are dated 59

When engine was in and driving the trans didn't seem to have any issues and went through all gears smoothly.

Car was previously California car and moved to PA since the 80's where it had a S90 motor for many years.
It has returned to CA and the S90 was traded for its original engine that needs to be rebuilt.

Engine was undergoing full rebuild by master 356 only mechanic but stopped due to He's on vacation though so you have options . . .

BMW 850Ci! German V12 331HP Coupe... Only 335 ever built!

At under $20K for a near perfect low milage example the late (1996-97) BMW 850Cis are really a lot of fun! Fast and handle great... They are very rare (only 335 cars built) are great looking classics. I constantly get comments about beautiful the car is.

I have been beating one to death as my daily driver for almost 4 years and the car runs great. Do NOT believe the stories about BMW V12s, the 850s (E31) are extremely reliable.

Finally time for new bushings in the front end at 100K miles, totally expected on any higher milage car. Except for a Master cylinder and a cracked radiator again with 100K miles this car has never let me down.

I think... Kinda like a guy on a street corner selling $100 bills for $50... How many would you buy?

I my opinion the BMW 850Ci are going to be a great investment so I have scored a few. It took a while but I was right about my Ferrari Dino Spyder, My Porsche Speedsters , my 911s, my Mercedes 280SL, my BMW 3.0CSi all being great classic car investments... lets see if I am right about the BMWs?

BTW I was absolutely wrong about my 2001 Doge Viper and my 2006 Mercedes SL65 AMG. Amazingly fast cars but absolutely terrible investments... So far?

Should have bought a BMW Z8 or a Ford GT!
