Crankcase for engine 6121174

This is a disassembled engine from a low mileage 1972 911T. The engine had a rubber chain rail failure decades ago, resulting in a bent valve. This is a low mileage, zero corrosion crankcase and core motor, from which I harvested the following parts for use in other engines: crankshaft and rods, fan and fan shroud, pistons and cylinders, rockers and rocker shafts. I have the original main bearing shells showing that this was a nice straight case. I will include crankshaft and rods and clean core 84 mm Biral cylinders, rockers and rocker shafts from another engine. The crankshaft and rods came from an engine that ran fine, but the crank had been polished and is not perfect. No intake or exhaust systems, fan, fan shroud or oil cooler. Virgin cylinder heads, nice camshafts and housings. I will not ship this, it's too much work, but I might help out with delivery, say by meeting halfway in New England or New York. $2,000

I will post photos when I put all of the parts for this motor up for sale. I have a photo of the main bearing shells, to give you an idea of the condition of this case. These are the original bearing shells.

I want to give first dibs to anyone who has a car for which this motor would be particularly appropriate. I will wait a couple of weeks to see whether the right person comes along. If not, then I will post all of the parts that I have for this motor along with complete photos.
