    FS: @eBay - 1970 Porsche 911E Targa --- Matching #s

Here we have a matching numbers 1970 Porsche 911E Targa Chassis number 9110210507 that comes with it's original motor number 6201355. The car looks to be mostly complete and doesn't look like it's been apart, but will require a full restoration. There is rust present in the rockers, front suspension pan, and outer fender, but there is probably more lurking somewhere, there always is. Please see the pics to get a good idea of the rust. That's the bad news. The good news is the original engine is still with the car along with the valuable MFI system. We have not attempted to start the engine. This is a numbers matching 911E so the end value after restoration will justify the money it will take to restore it. This is a car that you won't be upside down on for the next 20 years. The information from the Factory Kardex is as follows:

    911 021 0507
    911 E Targa 2,2 L (155 PS) Modell 1970
    Prod No 110 2039
    Engine No 620 1355
sold in Germany but for the USA on the 3 Febr 1970

The car is equipped with correct 911E Fuchs. The removable targa top is a core at this point. We've seen 911E prices rising at a meteoric rate, don't miss this chance to get into a project before they're priced away from you.

This car has a clear title and is ready for export.
