Sealing ring front oil cooler 69-71

    Hi,

Got these sealing rings for a 69-71 front oil cooler, only function is to protect the body of the cooler from the flex line? Definitely not a fluid seal...

    Thanks,

    Cees

They suppose to seal the air from escaping up the pipe from the louvered rock guard. They fit on top of the cooler fitting and rock guard.

Thanks and that makes sense. I do not have the rock guard so won't be using the seals quickly. If anyone needs them let me know. BTW, do you know the PET number for the right side oil line? I have one without that metal 60 degree piece of hard line.

    Best regards,

    Cees

Cees, The 60 degree is 911-207-027-03 and the 90 degree is 911-207-029-02. Jerry

    Thanks Jerry,

Got these numbers from SierraMadra, 901.107.361.10 and 901.107.364.00. Do the 911 parts the same size fitting?

Cees, The numbers are for the 72-73 with 30mm fittings. Jerry

Thanks Jerry, all make sense now. The other fitting are 27 mm (69-71), only strange thing is that got a straight flex hose from SMC (and OEM) with the 364.00 number and in PET and the drawing shows the 60 degree bend hard pipe.

    Cheers,

    Cees
