    Saw this long hood in NYC

    when I was out getting some Japanese curry with the missus, anyone know anything about it? (By the way, I have to flip many of the photos I am uploading these days or they show up here on their side, anyone know why?)

    Montana has some very favorable registration rules, which allow you to avoid paying NY sales tax when registering the car. I looked in to doing the same, but concluded that I didn't meet the strict requirements.

    Or, he/she could just be from Montana, I guess...

    Unlikely - lot of cars with MT registrations from folks that never set foot in the state- the trick is to set up a LLC here and register car through LLC
