Price check: New, old SSI's in the box

Just checking to see what a pair of original new SSI's in the box are worth these days, these are the Carb/Cis one's, no part # visible on the box, but they are thin flange SSI's 1 1/2" for early cars. Invoice from 5/3/2002 listed them as for 66-75 911 Carb/Cis

I can't find any new ones that have sold or even were for sale in the last quite a while.

Not trying to be greedy, just would like to know fair market value on these.

    Those aren't original SSI's however.

I haven't heard any explanation of how they are different, except they used to be made in Novato and now they are made in Europe.

I'm willing to be enlightened however.

I seem to recall previous discussions saying that the Dansk version is made of thinner gauge steel...

but the product / result is not the same due to changes / choices made by dansk.

For the OP, recently an identical set was offered here or Pelican and sold quickly (hrs). I can't recall the price w/ certainty but it was mid 2K.
