I'm not expert enough on '67s to identify them but it would help if you could give the diameters,

I have a feeling your bottom gauge might have been modified by taking part of a gauge from a car with a numbered oil temp gauge (like a pre-67 911 Normal or a '67 911S) and putting it into a simpler gauge for a 912 or maybe a '67 911 Normal. Otherwise the numbers wouldn't be sideways when the "TEM" and "VDO" are vertical.

The spedo is a European (KPH) 356 Spedo. Probably a 63 thru 65. It should have a date stamp or an ink stamp on the back.
The temp gauge (the 2nd gauge) is a 67 912 or regular 911 temp gauge.
The 3rd gauge is a mess! It is a 68 or 69 912 Temp gauge with a 66 or 67S Oil pressure gauge inserted where the 912 temp gauge should be.

    Ciao
