Material used for basket weave on dash

Anybody know what kind of plastic/rubber is used for the basket weave on dash. I need to glue
it back on in place with Gorilla glue. Package says it should not be used on polyethylene or
    polypropylene plastic.

Why not clean it up and use contact cement? The Gorilla might wrinkle the vinyl?
It is the same as the door panels. Regular seat material....I think it is affectionately known as naugahyde?

Did mine w a dusting of super 77 spray adhesive. Goes on even with no lumps or bumps. More than ten years ago and still like the day I did it. Easy cleanup.
