Sounds pretty good now.. I think they need to have the passageways reamed.. JMO... It runs great until it "pops". Then it misses.

It would pop and start missing. I would pull out the air balance screw and blow through the passageway with compressed air, then replace the air screw, It would run perfect!!! I am thinking it has some corrosion or debris in the passageways... ????

    Trash.

Check your filter. Pull the sender on your tank and have a look inside. I'll bet it's nasty.

I reckon you know all about humidity and condensation, eh?

Completely purged the fuel tank with av gas. All new rubber lines, pump, filter, etc. Carbs have been gone through as well. Now it has a dead miss again. Ugh... Fuel drippers!!!

Did you check the idle jet and plug wire for that cylinder?

Check the accelerator pump diaphragms. They are prone to disintegration of the rubber and will leak if they are deteriorated. They will also leak air and cause popping, etc.

    Thank you!!!

No on the idle jet. I need to change the plug and see. Wire is fine. Compression is 140# on the afflicted cylinder. 105,000 on the clock.

Getting a compression tester hose threaded in the plug hole is a challenge. Any advice on that??? I have a brand new OTC!!!
