    1968 911L - distributor ?

greetings.... my apologies if this has been covered a zillion times previously.

i have a super swell 1968 911L ..... i have had a tune up and a fuel system over-haul in the last year, though i still seem to be experiencing some hesitation when i floor it. (my 356 doesnt do this, so i assume we can convince my 911 to behave similarly)

oddly, with more use it seems to be getting better.... if i am a bit slower and steady on the throttle it is nothing short of thrilling, though i know the car can do better.

i have come to the conclusion that i most likely need to have the distributor re-built. sticky advance ?

any opinions and feedback is welcome.

    thank you !

More driving "tune ups" keeping this in mind.

Hesitation will a carburetor tuning issue.
