    Still looking, surely somebody has an old defunct Hardi pump that could spare the cap.

    The cap is the first thing to go. Good luck finding one.

    PS: You will find many old defunct caps on Hardi Pumps, though.

    Funny thing is, until recently these were still available new from Porsche. It was found out and a friend bought all remaining stock. I will ask if any are spare.
