Seat belt retractor covers - 72-73 cut up...

Pretty good plastic, but cut for speakers. Pair includes bezel for seat belt opening - both sides. You can plug & recover fairly easily

    $325 pr shipped CONUS

I have proper belts for these as well...

Are these covers different in '69 models?

As far as I know, retractable belts weren't available until 1972, so a 69 would not have the retractor reel mount.

However, many of our cars have undergone modifications over the years. If your car has retractable belts mounted in the same position as 72/+ 911s, these would work for you.

Retractable belts were optional in 1970, possibly 1969 as well, definitely from 70 on. Rarely seen option however. I received a set of retractable autoflug belts with the 1968-71 type buckles along with the first set of sports seats I bought back in 2004, can't say for sure if these covers are the same as optional ones but would make sense.

The retractables require a bung in the inner rear panel, and I've never seen one there before '71, but I've always found Porsche to be... ah... flexible in building our cars.

We here in the US saw a restricted menu if PCNA was involved in the ordering process, but ROW cars seem to have a wider range of bespoke options.

My car has no belts but I would like to install them.
It was originally prepared to receive them as an option because on the pillars I have the treaded holes to mount them (the same in the back seats).
I've never noticed any bung in the rear panels, but maybe I wasn't looking right.
How do I recognize the presence of the bung for rectractors?

I have this not-great photo of my beige gray car at the paint shop... right side of the image, in the center is a small fixture in the inner fender wall (it looks small because it has a plastic plug in it). That's the bung for the retractable belt.

If it's at the paint shop, might be a good time to add the bung if there isn't one... I'd suggest welding on a steel nut combined with 1/8" backing plate.
